SECTION 1 – SHIPPING
Currently Swiss wide free shipping with our standard service. Shipping costs for other countries will be provided during the offer phase.
Delivery times differ - please select your color and country for more information.
For deliveries outside Switzerland and kindly contact us for a more accurate quote.
SECTION 2 - TIMING AND COSTS
We currently offering both Standard delivery (3-5 business days) and Express delivery (1-2 business days) all cross Switzerland.
Standard delivery is free.
SECTION 3 - DELIVERIES FROM DISPENSER PLANET
All orders, delivered to the customer's location, are to be checked immediately for accuracy, completeness and integrity. If there are any errors or damage (visible or invisible), the customer shall notify Dispenser Planet immediately after discovery, but no later than 7 calendar days after the delivery was received or the order was picked up. For Dispenser Planet to process your damage claim, the order and its packaging must the kept and the product(s) must not be used.
SECTION 4 – RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase providing the item is in a new and unused condition and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at customersupport@dispenserplanet.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SECTION 5 - DAMAGES OR WRONG DELIVERY

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, it can be damaged during transport. You can report any damage to the package, general cargo or article to us directly.

Contact us by email at customersupport@dispenserplanet.com with a picture, stating the invoice number and article number. We would be happy to take over all further steps for you.

SECTION 6 – EXCEPTIONS / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain types of items need special attention if to be returned, like special orders or personalized items. We also have special returns for flammable liquids (disinfection). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
The right of return is excluded for the following products:
- articles on sale or special buys
- products marked "Non-Returnable”
Any products in the categories listed above that are delivered in a defective, incomplete, or poor condition may be returned. In this case, Dispenser Planet will strive to send an equivalent replacement product. If this is not possible, the money already paid will be refunded. As a matter of principle, the exchange or return of products is generally not possible. Only in exceptional cases and after consultation with Dispenser Planet can exchanges or returns be accepted. The price basis for any returns and exchanges is always no more than the current list price of the item on the day of return or exchange. Products especially ordered for the customer as well as custom-configured products are excluded entirely from returns or exchanges.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
SECTION 7 – EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at customersupport@dispenserplanet.com and send your item to:

SECTION 8 – REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
SECTION 9 - LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

SECTION 10 - SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
